Oats-Peanut Laddu

I need not mention that oats are very very healthy.I do not like to have it with milk(oats porridge) so I try to find out other ways of including it in my diet.These laddus can be made very easily and they serve as a great snack in-between meals specially if you are engrossed in your work and late for lunch/dinner :)

Quaker oats    - 2cups

peanuts/groundnuts/moongfali - 1/2cup
jaggery - 1.5cup
ghee - 1cup

elaichi/cardamom powder

Dry roast the peanuts and remove the outer skin.

Grind the oats,groundnuts and jaggery to a fine powder.
Add elaichi powder to it.
Now add ghee and start preparing laddus.
Healthy and delicious laddus are ready :-)
